Sunny Isles Beach condos has a new and spectacular addition to its wide array of condo choices with the planned construction of the Porsche Design Tower. The Porsche Design Tower Sunny Isles Beach property has an entirely glass outer frame and spans 57 stories. The project, ran by Gil Dezer and the German Porsche Design group has a price tag of a whopping $650 million.
The tower gives new meaning to luxury with designer parking spaces that also serve as valet to the front door. Porsche owners and other high end sports cars owned by residents are pulled into the designated parking spaces, turn engines off, and be whisked away to your Porsche Design Tower unit’s front door. Of course, the driver of the vehicle need not get out of the car at all. This is a completely automated amenity that makes Porsche Design Tower Sunny Isles Beach condos so very unique.
To use this dynamic feature in select Sunny Isles beach condos, resident parks the car and turns off the engine. A robotic arm in the form of an automatic plank swings over, picking the car up and depositing it gently into the spacious elevator. Once the elevator has gone the distance in floors desired, the robotic arm parks the car, leaving the driver nearly at his front door.
Sunny Isles Beach city condos offer magnificent views for riders of the elevator during their 45-90 second rides to various floors and condos.
The technology used for the Sunny Isles beach condos isn't new. It is simply taking technologies that have existed separately and placing them in a dynamic union to form the fascinating effects for the special condos built in Sunny Isles Beach City. Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Properties says it best when he stated the new concept for the Porsche Design Tower is simply placing a robotic arm inside an elevator for maximum luxury to condo owners.
The Sunny Isles Beach City Commission gave a thumbs up for the production of the building November 17, 2011. In fact, Porsche Design Tower Sunny Isles Beach condos had no opposition, according to the mayor, Norman S. Edlcup, at a recent meeting. The lack of opposition gave the building the opportunity to turn from fantastical dream to magnificent reality as plans on the building may now take effect.
The Porsche Design Tower Sunny Isles Beach condo building will be cylindrical in shape and will be erected on a plot of land 2.2 acres in size. The address of Porsche Design Tower will offer 132 units of varying sizes. Smaller units will not be eligible for the robotic arm parking feature, but all units will have assigned parking. The number of robotic parking spaces will be 284 slots which will use three elevators with robotic arms. Due to the glass structure of the building, residents can view their cars from their living rooms.
Unit sizes will vary between 3800 square feet and 9500 square feet and sport a price tag that could reach 9 million dollars.
Sunny Isles Beach condos have seen an increase in spectacular amenities. The robotic arm parking is the latest in this trend. Dezer says he will not construct another tower like the Porsche tower as a means to keep the clientele very upscale and exclusive in Sunny Isles Beach City. He does, however, have dreams for building similar condos in other locations.
Sunny Isles Beach condos such as the Porsche Tower dramatically changes the skyline. Porsche Design Tower's presence against the dramatic sunset will be the envy of Sunny Isles Beach City's neighbors. The exclusivity of the residents within the Tower will surely encompass only the most affluent.
Sunny Isles Beach City's additions to condominium living are some of the most luxurious Sunny Isles Beach condo built within recent years. The Porsche Design Tower's but one of the planned new additions to Sunny Isles Beach.
