He even gives this area a name: the condo triangle.

Banks Are Ready to Lend Again for Mansions at Acqualina

These loans would have been extremely risky, and lenders were not willing to shoulder that much risk. The Wall Street Journal reported that lenders from Birmingham, Alabama have put together a deal to finance a construction project worth $160 million. Regions Financial is funding the construction of a condominium building in Sunny Isles Beach.

The new construction is to be called “the Mansions at Acqualina.” The Mansions at Acqualina pre-construction condo will contain 47 floors that will offer residents a view of the waterfront everywhere they look. • The experts have noted that the real estate market is on the rise and that this is especially the case in the southern portion of Florida
